- You must log into your Solaseed Smile Club account to make reservations and purchases.
- This discount is only available to customers who purchase tickets with their Solaseed Air Card after logging into Solaseed Smile Club.
- Please make reservations only after receiving your Solaseed Air Card.

Reservations are accepted from the sales start date designated by Solaseed Air until the departure date.

Permitted.
Reservation changes are only accepted via the Solaseed Air homepage (Solaseed Smile Club account login required).
After the reservation has been made, the name of the passenger cannot be changed.

| Payment Methods |
After making the reservation online, complete credit card payment online (with a Solaseed Air Card only).

| Purchase Deadline |
Within 4 days of (and including) the reservation date.
If the reservation was made between 3 days before departure and the actual departure date, purchasing procedures must be completed no later than 20 minutes before the departure time of the flight.

| Validity |
With Reservation: Only valid for the reserved flight.
Without Reservation: 1 year after (and including) the issuance date.

| Refund Period |
After a ticket has been purchased, a refund is possible until 30 days after the ticket expiration date. |

JPY 440 per ticket (1 sector)

| Cancellation Fee |
Cancellation fees will not apply if cancellation is requested by the departure time of the flight.
The following cancellation fees will apply if cancellation notification is not provided by the departure time of the flight.
- Tokyo (Haneda) - Okinawa (Naha) route: JPY 8,000
- Tokyo (Haneda) - Miyazaki / Kumamoto / Nagasaki / Kagoshima / Oita routes, Okinawa (Naha) - Miyazaki / Kagoshima / Kobe / Nagoya (Chubu Centrair) / Fukuoka routes, Nagoya (Chubu Centrair) - Miyazaki / Kagoshima route: JPY 6,000
- Okinawa (Naha) - Ishigaki route: JPY 4,000

Notes
- Cancellations after purchase will incur refund handling and cancellation fees.
- The fare that is valid on the day of purchase will apply.
- The ticket can only be used by the person that is named on the ticket. Even if ownership of a ticket is transferred (sold via online auction, etc.), persons who are not named on the ticket cannot use it.
