Customers 65 years of age or older. Customers must present an official document that proves their age when purchasing and at check-in. If such a document is not presented, the customer will be asked to purchase a ticket for a fare that is available on the departure date. |

Reservations are accepted from the sales start date designated by Solaseed Air until the departure date. |

Within 4 days of (and including) the reservation date. If the reservation was made between 3 days before departure and the actual departure date, purchasing procedures must be completed no later than 20 minutes before the departure time of the flight. |

Only valid for the reserved flight. |
| Refund Period | After a ticket has been purchased, a refund is possible until 30 days after the scheduled departure date of the reserved flight. |

The following cancellation fees will apply if a cancellation is requested by the departure time of the flight.
