Reservations that are not eligible for online check-in

Customers to whom [1] or [2] below applies are not eligible for online check-in. Complete the required procedure at the airport counter, and then go through the security checkpoint at least 20 minutes prior to scheduled departure.

  • *1 You can check in online if you already had your identification document or the like checked when you bought your ticket at the Solaseed Air airport counter or a travel agency.
  • * Customers who need to confirm assistance should carry out the procedure at the airport counter.

[2] Customers to whom the following apply

(1) The customer is accompanied by a child or needs special consideration.

  • ◇ The customer who needs to confirm assistance at boarding time, such as the use of a wheelchair.
  • ◇ A child between the ages of 2 and 7 who is not accompanied by a companion of age 12 or older under the same reservation.
  • * In the case we could confirm that a companion of age 12 or older on a separate reservation has checked in online, you are able to check in online.
  • ◇ The customer who uses Solaseed Kids.

(2) The customer has a travel itinerary with connections as described below.

  • ◇ The customer's itinerary includes reservations for four or more flight routes.
  • ◇ The customer's itinerary comprises separately reserved connecting flight(s) (online check-in for each flight segment is available)

(3) Others

  • ◇ A cost difference exists between the fare at the time of purchase and the applicable fare at the time of boarding.
  • ◇ The customer's itinerary comprises a flight on IBEX Airlines
    SKiP Service will also be unavailable if boarding is halted due to bad weather or similar reasons.
