Information required for your application

To apply for compensation, it is necessary to provide one of the following information. Please have such information ready before proceeding to the application process.

Required information

Confirmation number

The confirmation number is the nine-digit number displayed on the screen after completing the purchase, stated in the Online Check-in notification emails (*) or e-Ticket Itinerary Receipt.

*Only the customers who have made a reservation through Solaseed Air's website and purchased tickets by credit card or those who have reserved Reward Tickets will be informed of their confirmation numbers in the text of the Online Check-in notification emails approximately 24 hours and 2 hours before departure.

Passenger number

The passenger number is a one- to three- digit number stated in the boarding pass. Check the numbers following the letters "BN".

Compensation application number

The compensation application number is the nine-digit number stated in the compensation notification email.
Since only the customers who purchased tickets from ANA (with four-digit flight numbers) are informed of the compensation application numbers, the customers who purchased tickets from Solaseed Air (with flight names starting with SNA) are requested to have your confirmation number or passenger number ready.
