How to Make a Reservation

Reservations can be made through the following channels.

Airports

Details

All flights for the relevant timetable go on sale at the same time (late-August and late-January).

Reservation opening dates/times may differ for some discount fares.
Please indicate the type of discount fare you want to purchase when making a reservation by telephone.

Tickets

The ticket can only be used by the person that is named on the ticket.
Tickets cannot be transferred to third parties. Even if ownership of a ticket is transferred (sold via online auction, etc.), persons who are not named on the ticket cannot use it.
Please use the ticket for the route that is printed on it.
If you miss your reserved flight, you cannot change to another flight. Please request a refund first, then purchase a new ticket.

How to Purchase

Credit Card	The amount will be deducted from the credit card account on the designated date. (One-time payments only.)	On the departure date, 20 minutes before the departure time of the flight.
Convenience Stores Lawson FamilyMart Ministop	After making the reservation, use a terminal at a convenience store to print the request/confirmation form, then take it to a cashier.	On the departure date, 20 minutes before the departure time of the flight.
