Check-in

Online check-in enables you to check in and issue your boarding pass 24 hours up to 20 minutes before your scheduled departure after booking and purchasing your flight ticket.

*To check in online, your reservation information (boarding date, flight number, passenger name) and confirmation number are required.

Application for the standby list is available from 0:00 a.m. on the day of scheduled boarding.

*There are two types of fare that allow application for the standby list: Some fares that allow reservation change; open tickets that are purchased without reserving a specific flight.

Customers standing by at the airport can check whether their seat has been prepared.

If the first three letters of your name and your standby number are displayed on the digital signage at the airport or the standby status, please check-in on standby.
