How to Apply for Application for the standby list
STEP1
Click(tap)"Check-in Online" below and follow the instructions on the screen.
STEP2
Please enter the first name and last name (in alphabetical characters) and the reservation number or e-ticket number.
STEP3
After confirming your reservation details, click (tap) "Please proceed to online check-in."
- This will also be displayed for customers who have already completed online check-in.
- On the Solaseed Air website, all passengers included in the reservation will be subject to standby. If you wish to apply for standby for only some passengers within the same reservation, please complete the procedure at the airport counter.
STEP4
After confirming the checked-in details, click (tap) "Make a Standby Request."
STEP5
Notes and precautions will be displayed. Be sure to review the details and click (tap) "Confirm."
STEP6
Flights eligible for standby application will be displayed.
Click (tap) "Select" for the flight for which you wish to apply for standby.
Check box(es) will be displayed for the flight available for application for the standby list.
- Flights with available seats or flights for which the standby application time has passed will not be displayed.
STEP7
Confirm the details of the application for the standby list, check the box for confirmation, and click (tap) "Make a standby request".
STEP8
Your standby application has been completed.
Please pass through the security checkpoint using the boarding pass (2D barcode) for your reserved flight.
After passing through the security checkpoint, please wait at the designated standby call location or near the boarding gate for the flight for which you applied for standby.
