If the flight you have reserved was delayed or canceled due to reasons attributable to Solaseed Air, such as an equipment failure, we will cover the cost within the scope determined by our company.
If you would like to receive compensation (cost covering), please proceed from "Application for compensation".
Receipts are required for compensation of accommodation expenses, train fares with express tickets, taxi fares, and limousine bus fares.
Please make sure to prepare receipts as we cannot make compensation without them.
Refunds requested at your own convenience, not due to reasons such as an equipment failure, are not available on this page.

Please check Involuntary Changes and Refunds for changing and refunding the reserved flight.
The upper limit of the total amount of "accommodation and ground transportation expenses" that Solaseed Air can pay is 15,000 yen.
*"The accommodation and ground transportation expenses" mean the fees for using a regular ground public transportation to the departure airport or from the destination airport, and accompanying accommodation expenses.
- If your reserved flight was canceled and the cost of transferring to other airline or a regular ground public transportation was higher than the ticket price of the reserved flight.
Please complete the refund procedure on the Manage Reservations, and apply for a compensation for the difference between the amount required for transfer and the flight ticket price.
E.g., if you have purchased a flight ticket at "25,000 yen" from Solaseed Air, and then it cost "35,000 yen" to transfer to other airline or a regular ground public transportation:
Refund Solaseed Air's flight ticket and apply for compensation (cost covering) for "10,000 yen"
- If your reserved flight was canceled and the cost of transferring to other airline or a ground public transportation was lower than the ticket price of the reserved flight.
We will compensate you by refunding your reserved flight. Please complete the refund procedure on the Manage Reservations.
E.g., if you have purchased a flight ticket at "25,000 yen" from Solaseed Air, and then it cost "15,000 yen" to transfer to other airline or a regular ground public transportation:
