- Even when the recommended environment as shown above is met, some display malfunctions may occur, or various functions may be unavailable, depending on the combination of your browser and OS or plug-ins. (Such troubles may also occur when the browsers are used in their beta version, preview version, etc., or when some add-on features are used.)
- We will do our share to support new browsers as they are released. However, the display and operation may not be stable with new browsers due to browser-specific bugs that are not yet disclosed.

If you use a browser other than those recommended above, some display malfunctions may occur, or various functions may be unavailable.
Security
For secure transmission of your data, the Solaseed Air website uses cryptographic communication technology called "SSL (Secure Sockets Layer)."
SSL is a scheme to protect data transmission over the Internet by two-way authentication adopting digital signature and encrypted communication.
This SSL encrypts the personal data you enter, including your credit card information, before the data is transmitted to the systems. Therefore, no third person can read your personal data.
When you see a "key" mark in your browser window or a green bar displayed, the browser is in SSL mode. No special settings are required on your browser for using SSL.
However, older versions of browsers may not be capable of displaying the contents of the Website in SSL mode.
