Issuance Requirements

Solaseed Air will issue the receipt if the ticket is purchased by the following methods.

Where to purchase Issuance requirements
On the Solaseed Air website Credit card or at convenience store payment
Through the Solaseed Air Reservation and Information Center Credit card payment only
At the Solaseed Air airport counter Credit card, cash, or at convenience store payment

[Cautions]

  • Solaseed Air can issue the receipts that meet the requirements for the invoice system.
  • If you purchase a ticket at a travel agency or ANA airport counter, you must ask the place of purchase for a receipt. (Solaseed Air cannot issue one.)
  • You can specify the address for the receipt.
  • If you pay at the ATMs with Pay-easy Service, the receipt of the payment (account statement, etc.) can be used as the one to be submitted.

Issuing Locations

You can choose either displaying the receipt on the Solaseed Air website or issuing and receiving it at the airport or though the Reservation and Information Center.
Please note that period and maximum number for issuance differ depending on the issuance method.

On the Solaseed Air website(Receipt Web Display Service)

Receipts of flight tickets purchased on the Solaseed Air website, through the Reservation and Information Center or at the Solaseed Air airport counter can be issued on the Solaseed Air website.

Period for issuance From the day of purchase to the same day of the month after 15 months
Maximum time for issuance Receipts can be displayed as many times as you want during the period for issuance.

  • *The displayed receipt can be used as an official receipt.
  • *If a reservation change that produces a cost difference is made after purchase, the date on which the cost difference adjustment is completed will be the purchase date.
  • *For some fares, you may not be able to use the Receipt Web Display Service. See details here.

At the Solaseed Air airport counter

Period for issuance From the day of purchase to the same day of the month after 14 months
Maximum time for issuance Only once
How to issue You can issue the receipt at the Self Service Check-in machine or the Solaseed Air airport counter.
  • *If multiple flights or passengers are registered together and you wish to receive separate receipts for each route or each passenger, please ask at the airport counter.
  • *To have a receipt issued after the flight, please contact the Reservation and Information Center.
    Please provide the boarding date, flight number, passenger name, and reservation number, confirmation number, or telephone number used for reservation.

Through the Reservation and Information Center

Period for issuance From the day of purchase to the same day of the month after 14 months
Maximum time for issuance Only once
How to issue The receipt will be mailed after we received the call.
It requires about 1 week to 10 days until arrival.
  • *Please provide the boarding date, flight number, passenger name, and reservation number, confirmation number, or telephone number used for reservation.

Certificate for boarding

You can make a request for your boarding certificate at our airport counter or through the Reservation and Information Center.

[Cautions]

  • A boarding certificate can be issued after boarding up to 15 months from the date of purchase of the ticket (limited to tickets purchased as an e-ticket).
    If it has been 15 months or more since the date of purchase of the ticket, a boarding certificate cannot be issued at our airport counter or Reservation and Information Center. You will need to request for disclosure of personal information. See details here(Japanese Only).
  • When making an inquiry, please provide the boarding date, flight number, passenger name, and reservation number, confirmation number, or telephone number used for reservation.
  • If you contact the Reservation and Information Center, it will take about 1 week to 10 days for the certificate to be delivered.

Flight cancellation / delay / emergency landing certificate

You can make a request for the certificates for cancelled flights, delayed flights, flights with destination changes, and flights that return to the departure airport at our airport counter or through the Reservation and Information Center.

[Cautions]

  • Certificates can be issued from flight services 6 months ago to flight services the next day.
  • When making an inquiry, please provide the boarding date, flight number, passenger name, and reservation number, confirmation number, or telephone number used for reservation.
  • If you contact the Reservation and Information Center, it will take about 1 week to 10 days for the certificate to be delivered.
