Issuance Requirements

Solaseed Air will issue the receipt if the ticket is purchased by the following methods.

  • Through the Solaseed Air website
  • Through the Reservation and Information Center using a credit card
  • At the Solaseed Air airport counter*1

*1 Our Receipt Data Web Display Service is only available for purchases made at the Solaseed Air counter at Haneda Airport.

[Cautions]

  • If you purchase a ticket at a travel agency or ANA airport counter, you must ask the place of purchase for a receipt. (Solaseed Air cannot issue one.)
  • You can specify the address for the receipt.

Issuing Locations

If you purchase a ticket on the Solaseed Air website or through the Reservation and Information Center by credit card, you can obtain the receipt at the airport on the boarding date when you carry out the boarding procedure. The means of obtaining one or getting one issued by an automatic check-in machine depends on the method of payment.

Credit Card You can obtain it from an automatic check-in machine, an automatic check-in / vending machine, or the Solaseed Air airport counter.
ATMs with Pay-easy Service Use the payment receipt (transaction statement) as your receipt.
Convenience Store Use the payment receipt (receipt or voucher) as your receipt.

[Cautions]

  • The receipt cannot be reissued.
  • If multiple flights or passengers are registered together and you wish to receive separate receipts will be issued for each route or each passenger, please ask at the airport counter.
  • To have a receipt issued after the flight, please contact the Reservation and Information Center.
    Please provide the boarding date, flight number, passenger name, and reservation number, confirmation number, or reservation telephone number. However, be aware that if over one year has passed since the boarding date, we cannot handle your request.
About the Boarding Certificate

This can be provided by the Reservation and Information Center.
The period during which a boarding certificate can be issued is up to six months after the boarding date.

About Our Receipt Data Web Display Service

Our receipt data web display service displays electronically stored receipt data on the screen.
For the purposes of certifying the receipt contents, this is no different from a traditional paper receipt.

However, because it is an electronic document, the customer should check beforehand whether or not the printed receipt can be used for expense accounting.

Displayable Period

You can view the online receipt any number of times for 14 months starting from the airplane ticket's purchase date. Tickets purchased by the following methods can be shown with the Receipt Data Web Display Service.

  • Through the Solaseed Air website (PC or smartphone)*1
  • Through the Solaseed Air Reservation and Information Center*1
  • At the Solaseed Air airport counter*2

  • If a reservation change that produces a cost difference is made after purchase, the date on which the cost difference adjustment is completed will be the purchase date.

Usage Instructions

Click 'Receipt Data Search' on the main page of the Solaseed Air website and follow the instructions shown on the screen.

How to Display Receipts

STEP 1

Click 'Receipt Data Search' on the main page of the website.

STEP 2

Select 'Search by Reservation Number' or 'Search by Confirmation Number', enter the required information, and click 'Search'.

STEP 3

Select the route and passenger you wish to display, enter 'Receipt Address', and check the 'Show Total Amount Details' option if necessary. Then click 'Show Receipt'.

STEP 4

The receipt data will be shown, along with the details if you selected the details option on the previous screen. If necessary, click 'Print' at the top-right corner of the screen to print the receipt.
(You also need to be connected to a printer in order to print. Printing from a smartphone might require you to configure your browser or install another application.)

How to Display Handling Fee Receipts

STEP 1

Click 'Receipt Data Search' on the main page of the PC website.

STEP 2

Select 'Search by Reservation Number' or 'Search by Confirmation Number', enter the required information, and click 'Search'.

STEP 3

Click 'Show Handling Fee Receipt'.

STEP 4

Enter the 'Receipt Address', and check the 'Show Total Amount Details' option if necessary. Then click 'Show Handling Fee Receipt'.

STEP 5

The handling fee receipt data will be shown, along with the details if you selected the details option on the previous screen. If necessary, click 'Print' at the top-right corner of the screen to print the receipt.
(You also need to be connected to a printer in order to print. Printing from a smartphone might require you to configure your browser or install another application.)

Instances Where Receipts Cannot Be Shown

  • If more than one year has passed since the ticket purchase date
  • If the receipt cannot be issued by Solaseed Air
  • If the reservation is for three or more flights
  • If the reservation is for seven or more passengers
  • If you want a receipt for the cost difference caused by a reservation change
  • If the ticket has been refunded (Handling fee receipts can be issued.)
  • If the ticket was a Reward Ticket, infant ticket, etc. for which JPY 0 was paid
  • If the ticket was issued through Solaseed.biz, our online service for corporate customers
  • In some cases, depending on the details of the reservation, some aspects of this service might be unavailable even for issuable receipts. (Receipts can be issued by the Reservation and Information Center and by the Solaseed Air airport counter.)
