• 2. Unless Solaseed Air specifies otherwise, any changes to the Terms shall take effect upon being posted on the Website.

Please obtain, at your own responsibility and expense, the equipment and services necessary to use the Services, including communication equipment, software, telephone usage contract, and Internet service contract. You are responsible for all communication charges, Internet connection charges, and any other financial charges for your use of the Services.

In using the Services, you agree you will not:

• (1) Perform any act that infringes or may infringe on the rights of Solaseed Air and/or its alliance partners, etc.;

• (12) Infringe on copyrights or other intellectual property, or any other rights, of Solaseed Air or a third party;
• (13) Defame, or impair the reputation or credibility of, Solaseed Air or a third party;
• (14) Hinder other users from using the Services;
• (15) Perform any act that violates or may violate the property, privacy, or portrait or publicity rights of Solaseed Air or a third party;
• (16) Engage in electioneering or similar activities, regardless of whether or not it is during an election period;
• (17) Perform any act that is any act that is or may be contrary to public order and morals;
• (18) Perform any act that violates or may violate laws or regulations;
• (19) Perform any act that is or may be criminal or associated with criminal acts;
• (20) Acquire information from the Website, either manually or by using a computer program such as software, and make secondary use of such information, such as modifying or copying, for commercial purposes, without permission from Solaseed Air; or
• (21) Perform any other acts deemed inappropriate by Solaseed Air.

• 1. We may suspend all the services that Solaseed Air provides to you (cancellation of flight reservations, refusal of reservations/boarding, etc.) if we determine that you have violated or deviated from the Terms.
• 2. Solaseed Air may file a claim for damages against you if Solaseed Air or an alliance partner thereof suffers any damage or loss due to your actions that are in violation of the Terms or are otherwise dishonest or illegal.
• 3. Solaseed Air shall not be held responsible for any dispute that may arise between you and a third party or any damage you may cause to a third party, which shall be resolved at your own responsibility and expense.

• 1. Solaseed Air makes every effort to provide reliable information to users of the Website. However, Solaseed Air does not provide warranties of any kind with respect to the quality of the Services, including, but not limited to, the relevance, completeness, accuracy, safety, legitimacy, or timeliness of information provided through the Website.
• 2. You assume sole responsibility for your use of the Website.
• 3. Solaseed Air shall not be liable for any damage caused by the use of or inability to use any component of the Website, with the exception of damage caused intentionally by Solaseed Air or as a result of gross negligence by Solaseed Air.
• 4. You agree that all legal responsibility, including defect liability, related to services and products, etc. provided by alliance partners, etc. through the Services (the "Services, etc.") belongs to the alliance partners, etc. that have provided the Services, etc.
• 5. Solaseed Air does not assume responsibility for any damage resulting from your use of the Website, including software or hardware failures, impairment of the communication environment, conflicts arising between you and any third party, and other accidents.

  (4) If we judge that temporary interruption or suspension of any of the Services is necessary, or that it is difficult to provide the Services as usual, for other operational or technical reasons.
• 4. We do not assume responsibility for any disadvantage, damage, or loss incurred by users or a third party as a result of the temporary interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services.

Solaseed Air handles your personal information in accordance with the separately posted "Privacy Policy（Japanese only）." Please read the Privacy Policy carefully and use the Services only if you consent to it.

• 1. The intellectual property rights including copyrights, or licenses or other rights to all the information on the Website, including copyrighted works, images, characters, and logos, are held by Solaseed Air or the providers thereof. The reproduction of the said information by any method, including downloading or printing, is not permitted except for your personal use or private use within your home. You may not transfer (copy, upload, post, quote, etc.) the information or programs on the Website to another website or any printed matter. You may also not use any content posted on the Website outside the scope of copyright law without permission.
• 2. The rights for trademarks and service marks displayed on the Website belong to the Solaseed Air or to the right holders who have authorized Solaseed Air to use them. You may not use the said trademarks or service marks without the permission of the right holders.

With respect to the use of the Services, including reservations of the Services, or changes to/cancellation of reservations, you shall follow the individual terms and conditions separately specified by Solaseed Air and its alliance partners, etc.

The formation, enforcement, execution, and interpretation of the contracts related to use of the Services, as well as the Terms, shall be governed by the laws of Japan.

• 1. If a dispute arises between you and Solaseed Air or any of its alliance partners, etc. in connection with the Terms and the contracts related to use of the Services, the parties concerned shall endeavor to resolve the matter by mutual consultation in good faith.
• 2. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that may arise with Solaseed Air in connection with the Terms and use of the Services.
