Identification documents required for purchases and boarding procedures:
If you use one of the following fares, you will be required to present identification of various types during purchase and when boarding:

Senior Discount Official documents that can verify the customer's age, such as a driver's license or passport
Youth Discount
  • Customers under the age of 22: An official document that can verify the customer's age, such as a driver's license or passport, or a student card or student status certificate that has not expired
  • Customers age 22 or older: A student card or student status certificate that has not expired
Special Caregiver Discount Caregiver Discount Pass issued by Solaseed Air
Remote Island Discount Okinawa Remote Island Discount Card or Okinawa Remote Island Discount Card Change-of-Address Certificate
Disability Discount Any of the following: physical disability certificate, war disability certificate, rehabilitation certificate, or a mental disability health welfare certificate
