We will deliver your baggage to your home or designated address without you having to collect it at the arrival airport.

Same-day delivery service (Super Kaisoku Takku-bin)

- We deliver your baggage to your hotel, inn, or other accommodation facilities (*excluding private lodging) on the boarding date.

Destination airport covered by the same-day delivery service:
Haneda Airport, Fukuoka Airport, Chubu Centrair International Airport and Naha Airport- There are restrictions on delivery areas.
- If there is a delay in arrival, same-day delivery may not be possible.

- Baggage exceeding 30 kg cannot be accepted for Takku-bin.

In the following cases, in addition to the Takku-bin charge, excess baggage charges shall be required.
- If the weight per piece exceeds 20 kg but less than 30 kg.
- If the total weight of Takku-bin baggage and other baggage exceeds 20 kg.
After finishing check-in procedures, please notify the use of Takku-bin when you drop off the baggage.
- For connecting flights, we can only accept the Takku-bin requests for the itinerary on the same day. Please note that delivery from the transfer airport is not accepted.
Next-day delivery service (Kaisoku Takku-bin)
- We will deliver your baggage to your home or designated address on the day after your flight or later.

Please choose your delivery time in 2 hour intervals during the morning, afternoon, evening, etc.- There are restrictions on delivery areas.

Handling of Takku-bin when using connecting flights
- When using connecting flights, we can only accept the Takku-bin requests for the itinerary on the same day.

Super Kaisoku Takku-bin or Kaisoku Takku-bin can be used in the case of connecting to a flight operated by ANA, AIRDO, Star Flyer, Oriental Air Bridge, or IBEX Airlines.
- In the case of connecting to a flight operated by Star Flyer, Oriental Air Bridge, or IBEX Airlines, you can use this service only if you have purchased a ticket with a 4-digit ANA flight number.
