For customers who live overseas

Customers who live overseas cannot apply for compensation on this page.
Since we will pay a compensation by one of the following methods, please check the following and contact Solaseed Air Reservation and Information Center.

If you are able to visit an airpot counter while staying in Japan

We will hand over the compensation to you at the airport counter. Please tell our airport staff the date when you are available to visit.

*If you visit Haneda airport, we will hand over at Solaseed Air airport counter. If you visit other than Haneda aiport, please receive at ANA counter.

If you are unable to visit an airpot counter while staying in Japan

You will receive remittance in foreign currency. Since we will ask you for the following information required for the transfer, please have it ready in advance.

• - Branch name or address
• - City, province and country names
• - Recipient's name
• - Recipient's address
• - Recipient's account number
• - SWIFT CODE
