Information regarding various fees
The following fees may be charged in addition to the fare.
Pet fee
Please refer to the table below for the fee for checking in pets. The fee per cage includes the pet cage rental fee. (per one cage/segment, tax included)
Please make payment at the airport counter on the boarding date.

- For transit cases, Route refers to the itinerary from the origin airport to the destination airport, and the applicable fee will be charged.
- Regardless of whether or not you are using a rental pet cage, only one cage is allowed per segment.

Two or More Restrictions are Exceeded
When among weight, size, and number of items, two or more criteria are exceeded, the total sum of all applicable excess baggage charges will apply.
Example: When traveling from Haneda to Miyazaki
Baggage allowance specified for each fare plus 1 piece (30 kg per piece)
Exceeding by one piece and overweight
JPY 5,500 (baggage allowance specified for each fare plus 1 piece) + JPY 1,100 (overweight)
Excess charge = JPY 6,600
Cabin Baggage Fees
A single passenger requiring two or more seats can purchase additional seats.
Cabin Baggage Fees applies if you are bringing baggage that exceeds the carry-on size into the cabin(such as musical instruments, paintings and precision machinery).（Per seat, tax included）

- In the event of cancellation after the departure time, a cancellation fee of 100% of the fee amount excluding tax will be charged (only consumption tax will be refunded).

Free baggage allowance (23 kg/piece) is available for each extra seat.

Excess Value Charge
JPY 150,000 per passenger is the indemnity limit for baggage and/or personal belongings (the amount to be paid if the Solaseed Air is responsible for the damage to the baggage, etc.) when the value of the baggage was not declared.If the actual value exceeds JPY 150,000, please consult the airport staff when checking your baggage regarding the excess value fee system.
