If our staff members judge that the passenger is unable to properly understand or respond to the safety notice announced by them, we may ask an attendant to board with the passenger.
Ground staff and cabin crew cannot provide meal assistance, toilet assistance, or medical services at the airport or during flight.
- The attendant should be at age 12 years or over.
- Attendants are not allowed to accompany children under the age of 2.
- If an attendant accompanies children under the age of 2, we ask for another attendant to accompany the passenger.
The Medical Certificate needs to be prepared within 14 days before the boarding date (the "14 days" shall include the boarding date). Please note that the conditions differ for pregnant women within 28 days of expected delivery date.
The Medical Certificate should be prepared within 7 days before the boarding date (the "7 days" shall include the boarding date).

However, for customers who may have difficulty maintaining a seated position due to illness, injury, or disability, blankets and cushions are available free of charge upon advance request.
