Solaseed Air Card Discount

Due to the fare revision, the Solaseed Air Card Discount is available for reservations and boarding of flights departing on or before May 18, 2026.

Overview

Eligible Customers Solaseed Smile Club members who are Solaseed Air Card cardholders.
Reservations and purchases can only be made through the Solaseed Air website.
You must log into your Solaseed Smile Club account to make reservations and purchases.
This discount is only available to customers who purchase tickets with their Solaseed Air Card after logging into Solaseed Smile Club.

Cautions

Please make reservations only after receiving your Solaseed Air Card.

Solaseed Smile Club
Reservation Period From the sales start date designated by Solaseed Air until 10 days before the departure date.
  • Reservations are only accepted via the Solaseed Air website.
Reservation Changes Not permitted.
Reservation changes are not permitted even if seats are available on an earlier flight on the departure date.
Seating Restrictions Yes (Certain flights may not have any seats that are eligible for this fare.)
Payment Methods After making the reservation online, complete credit card payment online (with a Solaseed Air Card only).
Purchase Deadline Within 4 days of (and including) the reservation date.
If the reservation was made between 10-13 days before the departure date, purchasing procedures must be completed by 10 days before departure.
Validity Only valid for the reserved flight.

Refund

Refund Period After a ticket has been purchased, a refund is possible until 30 days after the scheduled departure date of the reserved flight.
Refund Handling Fee JPY 440 per ticket (1 sector)
Cancellation Fee No fees will apply for cancellations that are made no later than 60 days before the departure date.
A cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the fare price will apply to cancellations that are made within 59 days of the departure date.
A cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the fare price will also apply if cancellation notification is not provided by the departure time of the flight.

Notes

We will apply a fare amount that is valid on the purchase date of the airplane ticket. Adjustment of the cost difference, either an additional charge or a refund, might be necessary.

Cautions

  • The issuance date of the airplane ticket will be the date of credit card settlement or the date our company confirms payment by cash.
  • Cancellations after purchase will incur refund handling and cancellation fees.
  • We will collect a Passenger Facility Charges on behalf of the airport facility company if your flight departs from or arrives at an airport subject to this policy. 
  • The ticket can only be used by the person that is named on the ticket. Even if ownership of a ticket is transferred (sold via online auction, etc.), persons who are not named on the ticket cannot use it.
