Customers between 3 and 11 years of age.

* 1 child less than 3 years of age can accompany an adult free of charge if the child does not occupy their own seat.

Reservations are accepted from the sales start date designated by Solaseed Air until the departure date.

Permitted.

After the reservation has been made, the name of the passenger cannot be changed.

None.

Within 4 days of (and including) the reservation date.

If the reservation was made between 3 days before departure and the actual departure date, purchasing procedures must be completed no later than 20 minutes before the departure time of the flight.

With Reservation: Only valid for the reserved flight.

Without Reservation: 1 year after (and including) the issuance date.

Cancellation fees will not apply if cancellation is requested by the departure time of the flight.
The following cancellation fees will apply if cancellation notification is not provided by the departure time of the flight.

• Tokyo (Haneda) - Okinawa (Naha) route: JPY 4,000
• Tokyo (Haneda) - Miyazaki / Kumamoto / Nagasaki / Kagoshima / Oita routes, Okinawa (Naha) - Miyazaki / Kagoshima / Kobe / Nagoya (Chubu Centrair) / Fukuoka routes, Nagoya (Chubu Centrair) - Miyazaki / Kagoshima route: JPY 3,000
• Okinawa (Naha) - Ishigaki route: JPY 2,000
