Reservations are accepted from the sales start date designated by Solaseed Air until 7 days before the departure date.

If you request a reservation cancellation before the time of departure for your planned flight:

• Tokyo (Haneda) - Miyazaki / Kumamoto / Nagasaki / Kagoshima / Oita routes, Okinawa (Naha) - Miyazaki / Kagoshima / Kobe / Nagoya (Chubu Centrair) / Fukuoka routes, Nagoya (Chubu Centrair) - Miyazaki / Kagoshima route: JPY 2,000
• Okinawa (Naha) - Ishigaki route: JPY 1,500

If you do not request a reservation cancellation before the time of departure for your planned flight:

Amount equivalent to 100% of fare
* Only the Passenger Facilities Charge (PFC) will be refunded.
