Early Bird Saver

Overview

Reservation Period Reservations are accepted from the sales start date designated by Solaseed Air until 28 days before the departure date.
The reservation deadline will be 28 days, 35 days before the flight, depending on the timing of your reservation and the seat availability according to your fare type.
Reservation Changes Not permitted.
You cannot change your flight to a flight earlier than your reserved flight at the departure airport on the day of your flight, even if the earlier flight has a available seat.
You cannot change the passenger name after the reservation has been made.
Purchase Deadline Within 72 hours of reservation or the reservation deadline, whichever is earlier.
Validity If the entire segment is unused: One year from the day after the ticket is issued.
If partially used: One year from the day after the start of the trip.

Refund

Refund Period Within 30 days as calculated from the day after the expiration date of the ticket.
Cancellation Fee

If the entire segment is unused:
The amount equal to 30% of the fare will be charged up to 45 days prior to the scheduled departure of your flight; 50% of the fare will be charged from 44 to 28 days prior to the scheduled departure; and 60% of the fare from 27 days prior to the scheduled departure.

The 100% of the fare will be charged after the departure time of your flight or if the entire segment is partially used.

Notes

We will apply a fare amount that is valid on the purchase date of the flight ticket.

Cautions

  • The issuance date of the airplane ticket will be the date of credit card settlement or the date our company confirms payment by cash.
  • Cancellations after purchase will incur cancellation fees. The fare that is valid on the day of purchase will apply.
  • We will collect a Passenger Facility Charges on behalf of the airport facility company if your flight departs from or arrives at an airport subject to this policy. See here for information on Regarding Passenger Facility Charges (PFCs) for Domestic Routes.
  • The ticket can only be used by the person that is named on the ticket. Even if ownership of a ticket is transferred (sold via online auction, etc.), persons who are not named on the ticket cannot use it.
