Due to the renewal of the Passenger Service system, in FY2025, we will distribute "Shareholder's Benefit Number Guide" with different validity periods in two separate times.
Please note that the validity period (period of boarding) and handling of reservation changes will differ from previous years.
Overview
| Eligible Customers |
This fare can be used by residents of remote islands who possess an Okinawa Remote Island Discount Card or an Okinawa Remote Island Discount Card Change-of-Address Certificate issued by a municipality within Okinawa Prefecture. (Cards issued by Ishigaki-shi, Taketomi-cho, and Yonaguni-cho can be used.) If you do not present the aforementioned certificate, you might have to purchase a ticket with a fare that is purchasable on the flight date. |

| Reservation Period | Reservations are accepted from the sales start date designated by Solaseed Air until the departure date. |
| Reservation Changes |
Permitted. After the reservation has been made, the name of the passenger cannot be changed. |
| Purchase Deadline |
Within 72 hours of reservation or 20 minutes before the flight departure, whichever is earlier. However, if you make a reservation between 24 hours and 20 minutes before departure, immediate purchase is required. |
| Validity |
If the entire segment is unused: 1 year from the day after the ticket is issued. If partially used: 1year from the day after the start of the trip. |
Refund
| Refund Period | Within 30 days as calculated from the day after the expiration date of the ticket. |

Cancellation fees for both unused and partially used tickets are charged as follows: Before departure: JPY 500 After departure: The amount equal to 25% of the fare |
Notes
We will apply a fare amount that is valid on the purchase date of the flight ticket.

Cautions
- The issuance date of the airplane ticket will be the date of credit card settlement or the date our company confirms payment by cash.
- Cancellations after purchase will incur cancellation fees. The fare that is valid on the day of purchase will apply.
- We will collect a Passenger Facility Charges on behalf of the airport facility company if your flight departs from or arrives at an airport subject to this policy.
- The ticket can only be used by the person that is named on the ticket. Even if ownership of a ticket is transferred (sold via online auction, etc.), persons who are not named on the ticket cannot use it.
