Due to the renewal of the Passenger Service system, in FY2025, we will distribute "Shareholder's Benefit Number Guide" with different validity periods in two separate times.
Please note that the validity period (period of boarding) and handling of reservation changes will differ from previous years.

Overview

Eligible Customers	Passengers who have Shareholder's Benefit Number Notifications. Each Shareholder's Benefit Number is redeemable for a discount that is equivalent to 50% of the Standard fare for a single-sector, one-way journey. Up to 1 Shareholder's Benefit Number can be applied to 1 single-sector, one-way journey. Passengers aged 2 years or older but under 12 years of age will receive a discount equivalent to 50% off Shareholder's Discount. May not be used in conjunction with other discounted fares.

Reservation Period	Reservations are accepted from the sales start date designated by Solaseed Air until the departure date.
Reservation Changes	Permitted. Reservation changes are only accepted within the validity period of the Shareholder's Benefit Number. To change a reservation outside of the validity period of the Shareholder's Benefit Number (i.e., outside of the allowable boarding period), another Shareholder's Benefit Number that is valid for the post-change boarding date is separately required. You cannot change the passenger name after the reservation has been made. For the FY2025 distribution only, reservations using the first distribution cannot be changed to flights departing on or after May 19, 2026. Reservations using the second distribution cannot be changed to flights departing on or before May 18, 2026. Please note in advance. Registering Shareholder Benefits Information	When purchasing airline tickets, please register your "Shareholder Benefit Number" and "Registration Password".
Purchase Deadline	Within 72 hours of reservation or 20 minutes before the flight departure, whichever is earlier. However, if you make a reservation between 24 hours and 20 minutes before departure, immediate purchase is required.
Validity	If the entire segment is unused: 1 year from the day after the ticket is issued. If partially used: 1year from the day after the start of the trip. "Allowable boarding period" refers to the period within both the validity period indicated on the Shareholder's Benefit Number Notification and the validity period of the ticket.

Refund

Refund Period	Within 30 days as calculated from the day after the expiration date of the ticket. If a refund is granted after Shareholder's Benefit Number registration, the same Shareholder's Benefit Number and registration password can be used again, but only within the validity period of the Shareholder's Benefit Number. A Certificate of Non-use of Shareholder's Benefit Number will not be issued. The reservation and the name of the passenger cannot be changed.
Cancellation Fee	Cancellation fees for both unused and partially used tickets are charged as follows: Before departure: JPY 500 After departure: The amount equal to 25% of the fare

Refund Period

Within 30 days as calculated from the day after the expiration date of the ticket.
If a refund is granted after Shareholder's Benefit Number registration, the same Shareholder's Benefit Number and registration password can be used again, but only within the validity period of the Shareholder's Benefit Number. A Certificate of Non-use of Shareholder's Benefit Number will not be issued.
The reservation and the name of the passenger cannot be changed.

Cancellation Fee

Cancellation fees for both unused and partially used tickets are charged as follows:
Before departure: JPY 500
After departure: The amount equal to 25% of the fare

The validity period indicated on the Shareholder's Benefit Number Notification is the allowable boarding period.
Fare application criteria may vary depending on when you purchase a ticket or make changes.
Adjustment of the cost difference, either an additional charge or a refund, might be necessary.

Cautions

The issuance date of the airplane ticket will be the date of credit card settlement or the date our company confirms payment by cash.
Cancellations after purchase will incur cancellation fees.
We will collect a Passenger Facility Charges on behalf of the airport facility company if your flight departs from or arrives at an airport subject to this policy.
The ticket can only be used by the person that is named on the ticket. Even if ownership of a ticket is transferred (sold via online auction, etc.), persons who are not named on the ticket cannot use it.
