How to Change Your Seat After Online Check-in

How to Reserve Your Seats

STEP1

Click (tap) "Check-in procedure (online check-in)" on the home page or "Check in" below.

Check-in.

STEP2

Click (tap) "Check-in online".

STEP3

Enter the flight date, flight number, confirmation number or reservation number, and passenger name.

  • When checking in online with the reservation number, you will need the credit card number (last 4 digits) used at the time of purchasing the ticket or the confirmation number.

STEP4

Your itinerary that was checked in online is displayed.Click (tap) "Reserve/Change Seats".

STEP5

Select all the passengers who reserve or change the seat and click (tap) "Next".

STEP6

Select the seat you would like to reserve among the seats displayed in blue, and click (tap) "Next".

STEP7

After confirming that the changed seat number is displayed, click (tap) "Change".

STEP8

Seat reservation/change procedure completed.

  • Re-acquisition of the boarding pass (2D barcode) is not required.
  • If you would like the boarding pass (2D barcode) with description of the changed seat number, click (tap) "Display/Store Boarding Pass" to acquire the new boarding pass (2D barcode).

How to Reserve Your Seats

STEP1

Click (tap) "Check-in procedure (online check-in)" on the home page or "Check in" below.

Check-in.

STEP2

Please enter the first name and last name (in alphabetical characters) and the reservation number or e-ticket number.
If you are a Solaseed Smile Club member, please click (tap) "Log In."

STEP3

Your reserved itinerary will be displayed. Click (tap) "Proceed to Online Check-in."

  • This will also be displayed for customers who have already completed online check-in.

STEP4

Your itinerary that was checked in online is displayed. Click (tap) "Change" in the "Seat" column.

STEP5

Select the seat you would like to reserve from those shown in light green, and click (tap) "Next."

STEP6

Seat reservation/change procedure completed.

  • Even with a boarding pass issued prior to the seat change, you may still pass through the security checkpoint and boarding gate, so there is no need to reissue your boarding pass (2D barcode). (When passing through the boarding gate, an information slip showing the latest seat number will be printed.)
  • If you would like to obtain a boarding pass (2D barcode) showing the updated seat number should click (tap) "Issue Boarding Pass" and obtain a new boarding pass (2D barcode).
