Reservations that are not eligible for online check-in
Passengers to whom [1] or [2] below applies are not eligible for online check-in. Complete the required procedure at the airport counter, and then go through the security checkpoint at least 20 minutes prior to scheduled departure.

Cautions
- *1 You can check in online if you already had your identification document or the like checked when you bought your ticket at the Solaseed Air airport counter or a travel agency.
- * Passengers who need of assistance should carry out the procedure at the airport counter.
[2] Passengers to whom the following apply
If the status of your flight ticket applies to the following:
- ANA flight number (4-digit flight number starting with ANA)
- Flight-ticket information cannot be confirmed on the Solaseed Air website (reservation cannot be confirmed)
- Seats for advanced seat reservation is fully reserved, and seat reservation is not possible.
- 7 or more people are reserved with a reservation.
The passenger is accompanied by a child or needs special consideration.
- The Passenger who needs of assistance at boarding time, such as the use of a wheelchair.
- A child between the ages of 2 and 7 who is not accompanied by a companion of age 12 or older under the same reservation.
- In the case we could confirm that a companion of age 12 or older on a separate reservation has checked in online, you are able to check in online.
- The passenger who uses Solaseed Kids.
The passenger has a travel itinerary with connections as described below.
- The passenger's itinerary includes reservations for four or more flight routes.
- The passenger's itinerary comprises separately reserved connecting flight(s) (online check-in for each flight segment is available)
Others
- A cost difference exists between the fare at the time of purchase and the applicable fare at the time of boarding.
- The passenger's itinerary comprises a flight on IBEX Airlines
- If using group fares
- Online check-in will also be unavailable if boarding is halted due to bad weather or similar reasons.
