To apply for compensation, it is necessary to provide one of the following information. Please have such information ready before proceeding to the application process.
Required information
Reservation Number
The Reservation Number is the 6-digit alphanumeric code displayed on the screen after completing the purchase, stated in the "Notification of Completion of Your Ticket Purchase" emails or e-Ticket Itinerary Receipt.
Compensation application number
The compensation application number is the nine-digit number stated in the compensation notification email.
Since only the customers who purchased tickets from ANA (with four-digit flight numbers) are informed of the compensation application numbers, the customers who purchased tickets from Solaseed Air (with flight names starting with SNA) are requested to have your reservation number ready.
