Transfer to Solaseed Air Flight (reservation change)
If the flight you reserved is (was) delayed or cancelled due to the reason attributable to Solaseed Air, you can get on (change your reservation to) another flight of Solaseed Air.
We do not charge a fee for transfers (reservation changes).Reservation of the alternative flight (reservation change)
Make reservation of (change reservation to) the alternative flight within 10 days after the day following the originally scheduled boarding date.Period for boarding the alternative flight can be extended at maximum to 30 days after the day following the originally scheduled boarding date.
How to make reservation
Airport counter
Self-service check-in machine (*) (airport)
- You can change the reservation with the same flight ticket regardless of the fare type.We do not ask for making up balance or charge a fee for making changes.
- If it is the fare of the changeable ticket, and the fare after change is cheaper, Solaseed Air refunds the balance.
- Reservation may not be able to be changed on the Solaseed Air website or at the self-service check-in machine , depending on the fare, paying method, and the store you purchased the ticket.
- If the outward flight is cancelled, your return flight can be changed, too.Please go through the procedures at the time of changing the reservation of the outward flight.

If the record of reservation for outward and return flights are different, reservation cannot be changed on the Solaseed Air website. Please contact Solaseed Air Reservation and Information Center.
For the fares of unchangeable ticket (e.g. Bargain Fares, Last Minute Discount Fares), the reservation can be changed only once. - If the changed flight is delayed or cancelled, you can change the reservation again.
Transfer of the Reward Tickets (reservation change)
If the flight reserved with the Reward Ticket is (was) delayed or cancelled due to the reason attributable to Solaseed Air, you can get on another flight of Solaseed Air or receive the refund of the miles.
How to make reservation
Go through the procedures within 10 days after the day following the originally scheduled boarding date on the Solaseed Smile Club members' page.(Reservation change associated with the transfer is allowed only once.)
Cautions
- Procedures for transferring to other airlines' flight are not acceptable. Thank you for your understanding.
- Period for boarding the alternative flight can be extended at maximum to 30 days after the day following the originally scheduled boarding date.
- You may transfer the Reward Ticket (mile) after login to Solaseed Smile Club.(Japanese Only)
Boarding the alternative flight
When you reserve (change the reservation to) the alternative flight, you may reserve the seat like normal reservation.
Access the Solaseed Air website with your digital device (e.g. PC, smartphone) to go through online check-in no later than 20 minutes before the departure time. Online check-in is available from 24 hours before the departure time.
You can also go through the procedures at self-service check-in machine or airport counter on the boarding date.
