Lawson, Ministop, and FamilyMart
Use the multimedia terminal installed at the convenience store (Loppi at Lawson and Ministop, or the Multi-Function Copier at FamilyMart) to issue an application ticket, and then pay at the register within 30 minutes.
For flights departing on or after May 19, 2026, payment number is certainly needed at the time of payment. Please pay full attention to the management.
Print out the payment number from the Solaseed Air website or take a note of the number, and make a payment in cash at the register.

The payment deadline is 20 minutes prior to the departure time on the boarding date. However, depending on the fare type, you must pay by either the purchase deadline or the payment deadline, whichever is sooner. - [For flights departing on or after May 19, 2026]
The payment deadline is 50 hours before the departure time of the first segment. However, for fares with a reservation deadline set to the day before the first segment departure or earlier, reservations will be accepted up to 24 hours before that deadline.

STEP2：Pay at the register
Only cash payments are accepted.
After paying, you will receive a
Customer Guide (Transaction Statement/Receipt).
The Transaction Statement/Receipt will have the "confirmation number" and "reservation number" printed on it. (These numbers are needed for the boarding procedure.) Keep it safe until the day of boarding.
Flights departing on or after May 19, 2026: You can check-in using your "reservation number".
Cautions
- After payment, changes can be made at Airport counter or by the Solaseed Air Reservation and Information Center.
- Tickets can be cancelled at Airport counter or Solaseed Air Reservation and Information Center.
- If you cancel the ticket at Solaseed Air Reservation and Information Center, refund will be made to the account specified. (Processing fees for paying refunds through bank transfer will be charged to the customer.)
- For the refund, we will charge a refund handling fee of JPY 440 per ticket (per segment) and predetermined cancellation fee.
- For flights departing on or after May 19, 2026: We will charge a predetermined cancellation fee.
