Daily Yamazaki

Payment number is certainly needed at the time of payment. Please pay full attention to the management.
Print out the payment number from the Solaseed Air website or take a note of the number, and make a payment in cash at the register.

  • The payment deadline is 20 minutes prior to the departure time on the boarding date.
    However, depending on the fare type, you must pay by either the purchase deadline or the payment deadline, whichever is sooner.

How to Use

STEP1：Acquire the payment number

  1. Carry out the purchasing procedure from the reservation complete screen or the reservation details confirmation screen.
  2. On the screen for selecting the payment method, choose "convenience store payment", then "Daily Yamazaki, Yamazaki Daily Store".
  3. A payment number will be shown, so print this screen or take a note of the number.

STEP2：Pay at the register of each store

At the "Daily Yamazaki" register, say "online payment".Enter the payment number on the register panel by yourself, check the reservation details shown on the panel, and make a payment in cash.
After that, make sure to receive a transaction statement.The "transaction statement" contains "confirmation number" and "reservation number" printed on it. These numbers are needed for the boarding procedure, so keep it safe until the day of boarding.

  • The "confirmation number" and "reservation number" are needed for the check-in procedure, so please keep them safe.
  • Flights departing on or after May 19, 2026: You can check-in using your "reservation number".
  • You can pay the same way at both "Yamazaki Daily Store" and "Daily Yamazaki".

Cautions

  • After payment, changes can be made at Airport counter or through the Solaseed Air Reservation and Information Center.
  • Tickets can be cancelled at Airport counter or through the Solaseed Air Reservation and Information Center..
  • If you cancel the ticket through Solaseed Air Reservation and Information Center, refund will be made to the account specified. (Processing fees for paying refunds through bank transfer will be charged to the customer.)
  • For the refund, we will charge a refund handling fee of JPY 440 per ticket (per segment) and predetermined cancellation fee.
  • For flights departing on or after May 19, 2026: We will charge a predetermined cancellation fee.
