Payment Using a Pay-easy Compatible ATM
This payment option is available for Mizuho Bank,Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, Resona Bank, and Japan Post BankATMs that offer Pay-easy service.
- You will be issued a payment statement for boarding when you pay. Use the payment statement as your receipt of payment.

[For flights departing on or before May 18, 2026]
The payment deadline is 20 minutes prior to the departure time on the boarding date. However, depending on the fare type, you must pay by either the purchase deadline or the payment deadline, whichever is sooner. -
[For flights departing on or after May 19, 2026]
The payment deadline is 50 hours before the departure time of the first segment. However, for fares with a reservation deadline set to the day before the first segment departure or earlier, reservations will be accepted up to 24 hours before that deadline. - After choosing Pay-easy on the Payment Procedure, pay using a cash card or cash, following "Payment with a Cash Card Using a Pay-easy Compatible ATM" or "Payment Using a Pay-easy Compatible ATM".
Usage Instructions
STEP1：Get your confirmation number from the Solaseed Air website
- Carry out the purchasing procedure from the reservation complete screen or the reservation details confirmation screen.
- Select "Bank" on the payment method selection screen.
- The confirmation number, reservation number, and receiving institute number will be shown, so print this screen or make a copy of these numbers.
STEP2：Pay with an ATM
Follow the instructions shown on the screen to pay at a
Mizuho Bank,Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation,Resona Bank, or Japan Post BankATM that offers Pay-easy service.
Check with the banking institution in advance for details regarding the locations of usable ATMs, processing fees, and so on. (ATMs installed at convenience stores cannot be used.)
Cautions
- After payment, changes can be made at Airport counter or through the Solaseed Air Reservation and Information Center.
- Tickets can be cancelled at Airport counter or through the Solaseed Air Reservation and Information Center..
- If you cancel the ticket through Solaseed Air Reservation and Information Center, refund will be made to the account specified. (Processing fees for paying refunds through bank transfer will be charged to the customer.)
- For the refund, we will charge a refund handling fee of JPY 440 per ticket (per segment) and predetermined cancellation fee.
- For flights departing on or after May 19, 2026: We will charge a predetermined cancellation fee.
