Payment slip is certainly needed at the time of payment. Please pay full attention to the management.Print out the payment slip from the Solaseed Air website or take a note of the number, and make a payment in cash at the register.

  • Payment deadline is the day before the boarding date.
    However, depending on the fare type, you must pay by either the purchase deadline or the payment deadline, whichever is sooner
  • As you push [Display payment slip], the payment slip number will be updated. For payment, bring the latest payment slip number with you.

How to Use

STEP1：Acquire the payment slip

  1. Carry out the purchasing procedure from the reservation complete screen or the reservation details confirmation screen.
  2. On the payment method selection screen, select "Convenience store" followed by "7-Eleven".
  3. A payment slip will be shown, so print this screen or take a note of the number.

STEP2：Pay at the 7-Eleven register

  • Visit a 7-Eleven before the payment deadline. You cannot complete payment if you miss the payment deadline.
  • When you pay at the 7-Eleven register, tell the cashier that it is an "Internet payment".
    Present the payment slip or payment slip number you brought with you to the cashier.
    Only cash is accepted for payment. (You cannot use a credit card or prepaid debit card.)
  • Take the payment slip with you to use as your Internet shopping payment receipt.
  • The "confirmation number" is needed for the check-in procedure, so please keep it safe.
  • The "Internet shopping payment receipt" you are issued during payment will be your receipt of payment.
  • "Internet shopping payment receipt" is not the receipt that satisfies the Invoice System requirements.

Cautions

  • After payment, changes can be made at Airport counter or through the Solaseed Air Reservation and Information Center.
  • Tickets can be cancelled at Airport counter or through the Solaseed Air Reservation and Information Center..
  • If you cancel the ticket through Solaseed Air Reservation and Information Center, refund will be made to the account specified. (Processing fees for paying refunds through bank transfer will be charged to the customer.)
  • For the refund, we will charge a refund handling fee of JPY 440 per ticket (per segment) and predetermined cancellation fee.
  • For flights departing on or after May 19, 2026: We will charge a predetermined cancellation fee.
