The online procedure for credit card payment uses SSL encryption technology to ensure the maximum possible safety.
When you use the credit card payment option, the day you carry out that procedure will be the date of purchase, and the price of the airplane ticket will be withdrawn from your transaction account on a predetermined date.
The customer's itinerary information (flight number, passenger, fare used, ticket number, etc.) might be shared with your credit card company and the company that is contracted by Solaseed Air for handling credit card settlement if necessary.
If the payment process fails for any reason, please contact the Solaseed Air Reservation and Information Center.
You must not enter false information. If you do provide false information, we may cancel your reservation without notice, and we may demand compensation for any damages incurred.
