Passengers who have not completed check-in procedures and
seat selection should use the self-service check-in
machines.
After completing check-in procedures, please pass through the
security checkpoint at least 20 minutes prior to departure
time.

- Self-service check-in machines will be replaced sequentially from October 2025 onward. The photo is for illustrative purpose only.

Passengers who are using fares that require Identification to check-in, please go to the check-in counter.

- Passengers using special passenger fares
- Passengers using the following discounted fares
- If the fare was purchased after identification documents were presented at a travel agent or Solaseed Air sales office, then self-service check-in machines can be used to complete procedures.
Notice about Online Check-in
Online check-in enables you to check in and issue your boarding pass from 24 hours to 20 minutes before your scheduled departure time after booking and purchasing your flight ticket.

When confirming your reservation, please have your reservation number (6-digit alphanumeric code) or ticket number (13-digit numeric code) ready, as listed on your e-ticket passenger copy.
