Airport Services

Airport Wheelchair Rental Service

Solaseed Air will provide physically disabled customers with travel assistance so they can fly with peace of mind.
Customers who require assistance at the airport due to illness, injury, or other physical limitations should inform us what kind of assistance will be required when making a reservation.

  • * Airplane cabins have no place for stowing wheelchairs, so customers who use their own wheelchairs must stow their wheelchairs as checked baggage during the boarding procedure. Please hand over your wheelchair at the airport counter and replace it with a wheelchair provided by the airline.
  • * If the wheelchair you brought is electric, the battery and wheelchair might have to be stowed separately. If you use an electric wheelchair, you should specify in advance the size, weight, battery type, and other details when making your reservation. Additionally, you should come to the airport counter at least 60 minutes prior to departure time.
  • * There is also one wheelchair available in the cabin of each airplane. We also have seats with movable armrests to make it easier to use a wheelchair in the airplane aisles. For more details, please ask the airline counter clerk.
Priority Gate Service

Physically disabled customers will be given priority for boarding the airplane. Please inform the boarding gate staff if you wish to receive priority boarding.
Please be at the boarding gate a bit early.

  • * This service might not be available, depending on the flight status.
