How to pass through the security checkpoint and the boarding gate

Please proceed by holding your boarding pass over the reader, following the instructions of the new passage confirmation machine.

How to use

  Please make sure that you have “your own boarding pass”.

• STEP02
  

  Please hold your boarding pass over the reader of the passage confirmation machine.

• STEP03
  

  Once the door opens, please proceed by following the instructions on the guidance screen.

Customers who require assistance

Please ask the staff at the security checkpoint for assistance. They will provide guidance to you.

Customers travelling with children in their arms or in strollers

Please ask the staff at the security checkpoint for assistance. They will provide guidance to you.

Customers who have the boarding passes collectively held by a representative

Please hold over one boarding pass and have one person proceed through.

Please hold over one boarding pass per one customer following the instructions of the new ticket gate and proceed through following the instructions on the screen.
Please make sure that you have “your own boarding pass”.

  Please make sure that you have “your own boarding pass”.

• STEP02
  

  Once the person in front has completed proceeding through and the door has closed, please hold the boarding pass over the ticket gate.

• STEP03
  

  Once the door opens, please proceed by following the instructions on the guidance screen.
  If the information sheet for seat change*1 is printed out, please receive it and proceed through.

  *1 The sheet is printed out in the cases below.

  • - when the customer's seat has been changed due to aircraft changes.
  • - when the previous boarding pass before the seat change is held over.

Customers who require assistance

We will provide you a guide sooner than other customers through the Priority Gate Service. Please inform the boarding gate staff if you would like to receive it.

Customers travelling with children in their arms or in strollers

  When you hold children in your arms, you can proceed with them. Please hold over the boarding passes for them and for yourself, following the indicated guidance.

  * Customers using strollers
  Please remove your children from the strollers before proceeding through the ticket gate, and hold them in your arms while proceeding through.

• 

  The door opens when two boarding passes are held over, so please proceed through while holding them in your arms.

Customers who have the boarding passes collectively held by a representative

The door opens and closes for each customer. Please hold over one boarding pass, and have one person proceed through.
