Passengers Who Are Pregnant or Are Accompanied by Children

If you are pregnant or traveling with children and would like us to help you with your flight, notify us when making your reservation.

When Making a Reservation

If you board within 28 days of the expected delivery date (including the delivery date), the following conditions apply:
Please inform us when making a reservation.

For passengers traveling alone during pregnancy, we offer assistance to ensure a smooth journey. Our staff will help facilitate your movement during departure, transfers, and arrival.

Conditions for passengers who are pregnant

What is necessary for boarding

  • Passengers traveling within 28 to 15 days prior to their expected delivery date including the delivery date: Medical certificate
  • Passengers traveling within 14 days prior to their expected delivery date including the delivery date: Medical certificate and doctor accompaniment

  • Passengers traveling within 28 to 15 days prior to their expected delivery date including the delivery date: Medical certificate is required.
  • Passengers traveling within 14 days prior to their expected delivery date including the delivery date: Medical certificate and doctor accompaniment are required.
  • The Medical Certificate must be issued within 7 days including the boarding date and state by a doctor that "there are no major health concerns with travel by air".
  • If you board within 28 days of the expected delivery date, you may accompany a maximum of 1 infant. A ticket must be purchased for the infant, who needs to occupy a seat on board.
  • If you are accompanying an infant (0 to 1 year old), please make sure to use a child seat.
  • Please bring your own child seat if necessary.

Please note that you may be denied boarding if it is predicted that we will be unable to reach the destination due to weather or other reasons, or if it is predicted that your health may be adversely affected during the flight.

For safety reasons, you are not allowed to sit in an exit row seat.

Check In

Estimated time for procedures at the airport

Since it may take some time to complete the check-in procedure, complete it in good time.
*Estimated time for procedures: 60 minutes prior to the departure time

If you would like to receive one, please let us know at the airport counter or on board.

Boarding and In Flight

We will also assist you safely with boarding and getting to your seat. You may use our service with peace of mind.

Priority gate service

Passengers who require assistance can board the plane first as soon as the plane has been prepared to allow passengers to board.
Please inform the boarding gate staff as soon as possible if you would like to use this service.

In-flight services

Cabin crew will also assist you on board at your request. You may use our service with peace of mind.

Upon Arrival

Upon request, our staff will escort you to the arrival lobby or to the person meeting you. Please feel free to let us know if you have request.
If you require assistance, you may have to wait a short while to be served.
