Solaseed Air will provide elderly passengers with travel assistance so that they can fly with peace of mind.
Please let us know what assistance you need when making a reservation.

When Making a ReservationOPEN

Seat reservation

We allow passengers to specify their seat preferences, such as having a window or aisle seat.
Please inform the Reservation and Information Center if you wish to do so.

  • *This service is available for elderly passengers and those accompanying them.
  • *We may change the location and/or specifications of the seat you reserved, without prior notice due to aircraft changes or other unavoidable reasons.
  • *There are limitations with regard to the seats that can be reserved.

Check InOPEN

We will provide assistance you need, such as escorting you to the boarding gate prior to departure or to the person meeting you upon arrival.
The person seeing you off can accompany you to the boarding gate. If you would like this, please inform the airport staff.
*For security reasons, only one person is allowed to accompany the passenger.

Estimated time for procedures at the airport

On the day of departure, please arrive at the airport early.
*Estimated time for procedures: 60 minutes prior to the departure time.

Use of wheelchairs at airport

Wheelchairs are available to borrow at all airports (free).
They are available at the check-in counter.

*If you use your own wheelchair or powered mobility device, please see "Passengers with Walking Disabilities."

Boarding and In FlightOPEN

We will also assist you safely with boarding and getting to your seat. You may use our service with peace of mind.

Priority gate service

When boarding, we guide elderly passengers before guiding other passengers. If you would like to use this service, please arrive at the boarding gate approximately 30 minutes prior to departure time and inform our staff.
*This service might not be available, depending on the flight status.

In-flight services

Cabin crew will also assist you on board at your request. You may use our service with peace of mind.

Upon ArrivalOPEN

We will provide assistance according to your request, such as guiding you to the person picking you up at arrival and guiding you to public transportation stops within the airport facilities. Please speak to a member of airport staff if you would like to use this service.
If you require assistance, you may have to wait a short while to be served.
